GCast is built by a team of gaming and streaming veterans who believe mobile games deserve the big screen.
CEO
Previously, he co-founded Jam.gg, a cloud gaming startup backed by Y Combinator. He grew it to 8 million users, wrote 30% of the codebase himself over five years, and took over as CEO after the company pivoted, signing $1.3M in B2B contracts.
Before that, he was on the founding team for AWS Glue, where he built the metadata crawler backend. He also worked on Docker Enterprise Edition for Kubernetes and built a high frequency ad trading system at MadHive.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University and M.Sc. from UC San Diego.
CTO
He is the author of several widely used open-source projects: he built Lemuroid, an Android emulator with millions of users, and Cool-Retro-Term, a terminal emulator with 25k GitHub stars that ships with most major Linux distributions.
He has over ten years of experience in mobile and streaming engineering. At Jam.gg he was Director of Engineering, working on a cloud gaming platform and improving streaming on spotty mobile connections. Before that he led an engineering team at Moneyfarm.
He holds a Master's in Computer Science and Multimedia from the University of Pavia.
